Stay way!!! Picture this, a 3 years old kid playing in a backyard full of rusty nails!!!
I had a new roof and gutter put in at one of my rental property a couple of weeks ago. All was great until my tenant informed me that they left a mess (rusty nails, old shingles) behind. Landmark promised to send someone to take care of the problem but days went by and my tenant is still out cleaning up the mess so eventually their kid can go to play outside. I will not use them again nor recommend them to anyone either.

With out a doubt the very best customer service around. Austin and his whole entire staff were very professional. I could not ask for a better experience. I would highly recommend these guys for anything that has to do with roofing or construction needs.

Landmark Roofing just completed our roof with CertainTeed Presidential TL and it looks amazing!  The installation was five star and the crew was courteous and helpful, answering any question I had.  They cleaned up after the job and the house and property look great.  I would recommend Landmark without exception to anyone looking to replace their roof.  They exceeded my my expectations in all areas.

We've been researching and talking about getting a new roof for over a year now. We had several different companies out for quotes and had been waffling on exactly which roof to get and who to go with. Landmark was competitive in pricing and was the easiest to work with. They quoted several options of roofing materials and were patient while we figured out what we wanted to do. Without pressure, we finally made up our minds and Landmark was quickly able to get us scheduled even though we took so long to make a decision! Rener, Emily, and everyone we came in contact with at Landmark was professional and just a pleasure to work with. They wanted the job and everyone on site was eager to please. They worked quickly and cleaned up beautifully and best of all, the roof looks AMAZING. I highly recommend Landmark and would choose them again in a heartbeat.
