Wow, were to begin.  Buyer beware.  They advertise a price they can't sell a vehicle for.  Originally advertised for $40,840 on their website, then quoted me over $46,000 and said that I didn't qualify for all the rebates.  Excuse me, I don't qualify for over $5,000 of your advertised rebates?  As if that is not bad enough, be very careful with the "freight" charge.  They show you a price, MSRP, then show you their discount, and then add $1,395 back into the deal to cover freight?  The issue is that the MSRP includes "freight".  So help me understand, you show me a purchase price that includes freight, then charge me again for it.  The only decent thing I can say about them is that the salesman was nice and professional.  As far as their business practices are concerned, they are the worst of the worst.  Save yourself some time and frustration, avoid the smoke and mirrors and purchase your vehicles somewhere else.

I pulled in to ask a general question.  Everyone seemed busy, couldn't take time to stop,  finally saw a young man working in detailing.  Asked if he could answer a question,  stopped what he was doing too help me.  Very polite and knowledgeable,  answered my question,  and I was driving a Toyota.

Poor service. Walked the lot looking for someone to help me upgrade to a new vehicle. Finally someone came out, asked if I needed help. I was interested in a used  charger 392 model. I understand the policy of test driving certain vehicles I told the man what I had  to put down along and what I was trading in to keep my payments where I did want them. All was fine until I informed him that I'm not %100 sure I want this model over a mustang, camero or challenger, since I've only test driven the mustang so far. After that he instantly turned me down. Ha. I guess I should have cash in hand to show him next time? My experience was not a good one and hopefully they ease up on this policy. Sorry but I'll be searching at a different dodge dealer for a NEW model. Lol he didn't get it I'm ready to spend cash what more did I have to prove.

We normally do not write reviews but I hope that this will send you somewhere more reliable and safer. If I could rate this establishment a 1/2 star I would, it does not even deserve a full star.  I run my own construction business and never would I treat my customers the way that my wife and I have been treated.  We have been given the run around, no calls back, and now we have both just been lied to by Darin Johnson.  You may think everything is going fine and dandy until a situation comes up that you need to fall back on the warranty you supposedly purchased only to be told it's not covered when you were told it would be.  Or you purchase an accessory only to find out 4 weeks later it was not the correct dimensions and the other items they were suppose to put on were completely forgotten about.  All they care about are the sales. After that you are left out to dry.  I literally wish to God we had read the reviews before purchasing this truck.  It has literally been nothing but an absolute nightmare and now to be lied to was the final straw. So do yourself a favor and find another dealership to purchase your vehicles from. We will never return.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. What an awful experience. I drove an hour to see a car they had advertised for $1599.00. I called ahead to confirm the price, but I had not read the fine print and the salesman did not disclose it on the phone. Every car has a $999 transportation fee and the car was only $1599 if I qualified for every rebate offered. I couldn't afford the car so I had to practically BEG someone to show me a used car. The salesman we had was awful and his sales manager was not helpful at all. HIGH PRESSURE and FALSE ADVERTISING. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE.
