My van was running terrible. I pulled in and had them check the codes. The lady at the counter was kind and helpful. Josh helped beyond his job description. It was cold out. I greatly appreciate his willingness to help me!

The employees here go above and beyond to help customers, including those with little to no knowledge about automotives. I have had multiple positive experiences here and highly recommend this location.

Have always used oreilly's but after dealing with the rude moron today I'm going else where from here on out. Twice the juvenile twerp put me on hold in mid sentence. I kept talking, nobody on other end of line. After explaining what I needed he told me they had nothing that would help. I insisted I'd heard about a conversion kit of some sort but did not know what it was called. (On hold again mid sentence) came back and he said " yeah we got stuff over on the shelf". I said would you mind telling me what that stuff might be. He'd already put me on hold again then hung up on me. RUDE IDIOT

They had the part I needed, and one that Autozone couldnt find, and they were quick and more professional. I'm definitely choosing this store as my official parts HUB.

Have been there several times. Always have some child behind the counter with an attitude. No joke. Always. 

If you want to find the right part for you. Or have a great experience as a customer. Go somewhere else.  O'Reilly does not care if you stand in line for 20+ minutes or just walk away and leave.  

Do yourself a favor. Don't go here.
