The waitstaff are always great. The buffet is  usually delicious, but can sometimes have off-tasting food. I think it's probably whoever is cooking that day. On some visits, the gumbo can be nice and spicy; other times, it can either taste burnt or be too thick.

Service & Music was great. We order the buffet. All of there specialty dishes, had no taste, the fried stuffed crabs had a horrible twang taste. The boiled crabs had good favor, the server even brought warm ones out due to the buffet crabs was cold.
