Great customer service the woman at the counter saved me 60+ dollars on a bill that should have been over 200$ I highly recommend this place if you have larger breasts and have a hard time finding bras. They usually have plenty of H and G cup sizes and if they don't they can order it and ship it right to the store or your home!

Kittery Maine store closes at 6pm in the winter. No hours posted on the door, and the web site states an 8pm close, as does corporate customer service. Just beware and call the store before going.

Staff was not helpful. The Newington, NH store's staff was much more helpful when it came to customer service and checking other stores or a particular item. My girlfriend had two bras transferred from the salem, nh store during a sale. She was told that the sale price would be honored when she picked them up. This was not the case when she picked them up in Kittery as they would not honor the sale price.

My experience at the Kittery Lane Bryant couldn't have been more different than the first reviewer's. I went to the outlet because the online store had dark purple tee shirts and since I don't live very far away from the outlet store I thought I might be able to buy one at the outlet store. . Before I left the store I had four tee shirts, including one in purple, and two pair of pants. The young woman who waited on me gave me feedback about how each size looked on me. She then put my clothes on hold so I could get to the bank for some "fun money" with which to make my purchases. When I went to actually wear one of the tee shirts I decided that the larger size I had chosen was too big. So back I went--without a sales slip where the same clerk waited on me, and cheerfully exchanged my shirts for me. And I bought two more with printed designs on them. As a woman who once made most of her clothes I know the type of fabric can change the fit of two exact tee shirts. So I wasn't surprised that the two printed shirts I'd gotten in the smaller size were too small. Back I went and happily was able to exchange my printed tee shirts for the next size up. Exchanging a tee shirt twice was a little embarrassing to me but the clerk took it completely in stride and was very pleasant. Although this Lane Bryant is in an outlet mall its prices are similar to Lane Bryant on line. So don't expect big deals on prices. I have a pretty round abdomen and short legs so I buy a lot of my clothes on line. In my experience the Lane Bryant line fits me a little better than some others. And I don't have to go to a regular full service mall or spend a lot of time returning things I don't like to make my purchases. I am certainly I'l be back.

Clothing is overpriced. Nothing fits correctly, except the bras. That's the only reason I shop here, and even that may change. They were recently holding a "Try a pair of jeans and get $10 off any purchase" event. The sales associate helped me with the fitting room, talked with me about the clothes I was trying (which included three pairs of jeans!), and even visited the dressing room asking me how it was going. When I was done, I went to the register with my bra (refer to my previous statement: the jeans never fit right), and the same associate rings me up. She gets half way through the transaction, I have already swiped my card, and I ask about the $10 promotion. She gives me a blank stare, hours a few buttons on the register, the receipt kicks out, and she tells me it is too late to do anything. I ask about returning and reselling and she gives me a big sob sorry about how that's really difficult and time consuming (I worked retail, I know it's not THAT bad). The manager is standing there watching this whole thing go down and offers no assistance. I leave and call corporate customer service where they tell me I have to take it up with the manager and there is nothing they can do. If I could give zero stars for service, I absolutely would. Will NOT be back.
