Upset with customer service. I wasn't greeted at all nor asked if I needed any help. As someone who's worked over 2 years in customer service and hospitality, I was highly upset.

Besides being overpriced, I was told that if I applied for their credit card, I would get $20 off that specific purchase. After deciding to get the credit card, it turned out I wasn't getting $20 off of that purchase. Instead, I have to wait to get a $20 coupon in the mail for my /next/ purchase, despite the fact I was told i'd get it immediately. I couldn't reverse it, and the clerk himself claimed it happened to him. I am very dissatisfied with my experience here.

This store has really changed in the last 6 months. The customer service is terrible!!! The lines are too long and I will start going to another LB. This store needs new management asap!!!
