Do not order online for instore pickup. My experience was bad. I ordered stuff online, then 11 days later got an automated call that said my order had been been ready for 8 days and it would be canceled if I didn't pick it up by the next day. This was the first contact I'd had besides an order confirmation, and the website still listed my order as pending. In store, I had to wait in line to talk to an employee who sent me to another line to talk to an employee who sent me to ANOTHER line to talk to another employee. The order is for a gift, or I'd have left after the second redirect. Also, while waiting in the final line, the whole line was held by them literally unboxing a pair of shoes and having the purchaser try them on. Why not send them to the shoe department to try shoes on!?

Don't ever work here or for this company! They are the worst unethical people to work with all that's management staff. Very entitled and will use you for their own benefit This includes sephora inside jcp as well. Manager is extremely rude and no good reviews on this store whatsoever. As a former employee I can say this without a problem. Please save yourself from fake people and drive to the Cary or Raleigh location which it is a true pleasure to shop.
