I can’t say enough good things about Lane Florist. I live out of state and could not attend my dear friend’s baby shower. The event was on a Sunday, but that is not a typical delivery day so I requested Saturday delivery with strict instructions for the venue staff. The owner called me to let me know she would personally deliver the flowers on Sunday to ensure there were no problems. Wow! Additionally, she changed the vase to better compliment the modern venue décor. My friend sent me pictures. The arrangement was gorgeous and really made her day! After the event, the owner called to check-in and make sure everything was perfect. Their work is stunning and their customer service is exceptional! Thank you so much for allowing me to surprise and bless my dear friend!
Very Professional staff. Helped me change my delivery option with no hassles. Delivered in a timely manner. Freshly arranged and cut! Not like some of those places who deliver dead flowers in a box!
This is an exceptional florist !!! I would have given six stars if it were an option. I have used Lane for many years. Recently, there was an issue with a special order. Even though it was a problem that was out of there control, they stayed in contact with me to see if I was satisfied and ended up completely replacing the arrangement. That gesture was extremely above and beyond my highest expectations. I can not more highly recommend Lane Florist !!!!
Beautiful flowers and such great service. The driver called ahead then waited for us to get home so the flowers wouldn’t have to sit in the sun. The thoughtfulness and kindness from places like Lane’s sure is a treasure! Since flowers aren’t always for celebrations, i just find that the little details in the interactions truly make a huge difference and last long beyond the long-lasting! bouquets
I ordered an arrangement with delivery for a friend's birthday and accidentally gave an address for her old house. Lane Florist not only created a beautiful arrangement for my friend but also managed to track her down at her new address once they realized the error. She ended up loving the flowers and I'm so grateful Lane took the time to make sure she received them!
I highly recommend Lane Florist. I used them for our wedding and Angela did a terrific job in staying within our budget. The flower arrangements and bouquets were so beautiful! She also kept in communication with us and checked in to see if we needed anything. Also the best part about Lane's is that they are just so friendly and the sweetest people I have ever met. I just love them!
Ordered flowers for my cousin who lives in the area. Delivery was quick, price was very reasonable, and the arrangement was just beautiful.
This was my first time to use Lane Florist, but will not be my last. I was super pleased with everything. The lady that took my order was very gracious and knowledgeable. She took her time, and didn't make me feel like she didn't have time for me. The flowers were truly lush, fresh, and beautiful. I definitely recommend them.
Sometimes you need the RIGHT florist to deliver your order, on time, the right way, and the perfect design... Lane Florist has been RIGHT every time! I wish they were in Denver, I'd use her 100% of the time, instead of just when I need flowers in Dallas. But I love being able to order and know they'll be delivered exactly the way I order them, on time!
Great place to buy flowerrs, Angela the owner and her staff were incredibly nice and helped me to get the right flowers , i definitely recommend this place, and definitely will buy again.
