I ordered flowers for my daughter who was in Cook Children's Hospital. The delivery person left them at the information booth downstairs and called the nurse's station on my daughter's floor to tell us to come get them. When the nurse told him she didn't know if anyone was available to come get them he told her "Well they're here. I don't care if they get them or not" WHO DOES THAT??? If you want your flowers delivered I suggest you use a florist that has delivery drivers who actually care enough to deliver them!!!

I ordered a medium size peace plant with blooms. The lady I spoke with assured me the plant would have the white blooms. She also assured me she would email me a picture of the flowers that would be going out. That did not happen either. No email, no blooms! This is the first time I had used this florist & will not use them again.

I found Bice's Florist by doing a Google search of florist's in my Dad's area. I live out of state, and wanted to send a pretty plant to him for his birthday. I called them on the morning of his birthday, and the lady who helped me was super nice and within 3 hours they had delivered a beautiful potted plant, with with bow and birthday message from me! My Dad has told me every week how pretty and healthy the plant is! He loves it!

I did an online order, was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. They weren't. Spoke with someone, she assured me that they would be delivered later that day, if not first thing Monday morning. Here we are Tuesday evening and still no flowers. $80!! I thought that by shopping at local florist it'd be less of a hassle and better flowers. So far, it's been nothing but a hassle and who knows what the flowers will look like....IF they ever get delivered.

All 7 of our different arrangements were delivered and BEAUTIFUL! Our ladies are very happy. The service was great and the prices very comparable. Kari was very helpful and polite even though this was a very busy time (valentine's day). We will definitely use Bice's again.
