Too often people try to compare this to Hall's or Oak as they are held to the same standard of service. Although, Langdon's surpasses its competitors in this area; it's differences are mostly why I prefer this seemingly secret haven. It's a place where I can receive the same, if not better, service as their competitors without the blaring noise or harassment from intoxicated guests or over-staffing. Also, Langdon's is consistently good... Always. Other places are great but you eventually have a bad experience at all of them. The location is terrible. Just awful. Maybe that's why it keeps a quiet but full crowd. Either way don't change anything

Best Oysters Rockefeller in town in my opinion, followed by Oak Steakhouse with close second. Best bread I've had in many many years, made by Normandy Farms apparently. Lamb chops were to die for, as well as soup special which was a coconut tomato bisque. Yum! Pretty pricey though, and white table cloths with close quarter seating.

Fantastic service. Amazing food. We came for a special occasion and it was awesome. Heirloom tomatoes salad was fantastic. Also highly recommend the Hawaiian tuna. Tim was our server and he was excellent - professional and knowledgeable.

Venison was incredible. They're known for their pork chop. You can't go wrong.
