Customer service was horrible. Ask for prices before you sit down. Quality of nails done is of an amateur. Pedi tubs not very sanitary.  Service is rushed.  Place is cluttered. I gave them a one, because I couldn't get it to go to the half (1/2) a star.

DO NOT GO HERE. People are rude, nails are not even okay, very poor work but the worse, I paid with my card and the girl got distracted with a different client walking out because she didn’t like the work, there for she didn’t print the my receipt, she tried to charge me again and I refused since I could see on my online banking the charge. She didn’t want to give me my card back and I had to call my bank and even then she still wanted me to pay her again and according to her she’ll eventually refund me when I show her the bank statement showing 2 transactions. Not even seeing it on my account or talking to my bank was okay so I just took my card from her and left. First and last time there, DO NOT GO THERE.  I wish I could give them a 0 star. Horrible place with rude people and low job quality.

If I could give no stars I would been going here off and on since 2013 and always went with Tina one time with Lani but my nail had broke 20 minutes after I went with her so never let her do my nails again well I had started going with another skinny light orange haired lady for a while since I liked the way she did my friends nails I feel like Tina felt a certain way
Well Friday I went just for a color change and I went with someone new because I haven't seen the lady I usually go to after I left I noticed that the gel looked clumpy and uneven when I got there I told Tina and she told me to wait after 2 hours of waiting Tina came up to me telling me very rudly that if she did my nails she would have to charge me ? I was confused and refused to have to pay well thatat when she told me that she works for herself and doesn't have to fix my nails screaming and talking about me to her customers (lowest kind of customer service) I ended up having to go with Lani and after explaining how upset I was several times she fixed a broken nail NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE

I have been coming to this nail shop for many years Lani and there staff are nice Ive always made my appointments with Tina she does my nails exactly the way I love them. They last the length I choose them the be on. Thanks Tina!!
