I took my 70 year old lady that I take care of that is deaf & that has been fighting cancer to see Dr. Lansford that she was referred to by one of her Dr's. He was rude  & insensitive to both of us.  He should of taken the time to talk with her & listen to what she had to say. His nurse numbed her nose/ throat & said the Dr. would do a scope. He did not do the scope & said he couldn't do anything for her.  I politely said...Thank you.  ( No response from him ) This person is very unprofessional & we are disgusted over this.
