Possibly one of the worst family practices around. I have alternated between thinking they were ok to an absolute disgust of their services. Today takes the cake. I call to get my twin boys a doctor appointment due to an illness. The lady who runs the office and front window basically says she doesn't want them there and to take them to my other doctor in Nesquehoning. I have had problems with this woman before, she should not be dealing with the public in this manner. Dr Mussoline, I recommend putting someone else at the front and handling calls or to retrain her as a member of your staff. I am no longer going to use your practice and honestly will tell everyone to stay away. I have had a few family doctors in my life, youre a good doctor but your staff just lost me and anyone I can steer away from you.
