I have never in my life been treated so rudely by a VA representative. Ed Ronders is by far the most arrogant and rude person I have ever met in regards to VA reps.  Everyone else in that office seems very nice and helpful. But Ed Ronders treated my wife and I with such disrespect it was almost beyond comprehension. We made an appointment with him because we had some questions about an application for assistance. He basically berated us for not having it filled out and talked down to is like we were beneath him and we couldn’t understand some basic information.  All we wanted was some questions we had answered before we turned in the application. Ed Ronders turned it into something ugly and tried to make us feel like we were idiots and had no business there. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS PERSON. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ELSE IN THAT OFFICE!  I cannot believe that the VA who has ALWAYS been helpful employs a person like this. It’s disgusting and disrespectful to all our veterans ‘
