After my great experience with Lapels, I am shocked to see such negative reviews. Maybe things have changed over the years, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The staff is great and my clothes were perfect.

Seriously terrible. Brought a shirt in with coffee stains, literally pointed out the stain, and when I received my shirt back it was still dirty. They offered to do it again for no charge so I brought it in with 2 other items of clothing. For some reason, when I went to pick up my clothes, they could not find them!! When I finally got my clothes back, they had shrunk my shirt that they were redoing.

The staff was always very friendly but their cleaning and pressing leaves a little to de desired. My husband's suits would always come back with pressed-in wrinkles and his dress shirts would still be dirty and they would have creases in cuffs and collars. Sadly it is time to find a new dry cleaners.

My clothing would come back with wrinkles and little spots of poorly used starch, and the buttons on the shoulders of one of my shirts came back crushed. Sometimes they did a tolerable job, but it wasn't consistent.
