Terrible experience washing my nice clothes there. Destroyed 5 jersey fabric shirts, I had to throw them away straight out of the dryer. Literally ate holes in my shirts! I was so sad and disappointed. I'll never use this facility for ANY reason. I know they're not responsible for the clothes washed there, so the least I can do is warn others!!!

Never really crowded. U can leave ur clothes and come back to get them.

It's 24-7, reasonable, convenient so that's the good thing, but not a very clean place which is the bad thing. I noticed lots of grime and dryer lint residue covering the surfaces of the machines and the floor. Better maintenance cleaning would make this place sparkle, at least that's what I would do if I were the owner take better pride in keeping the place clean.  Also there are no laundry carts, minimal folding tables and don't t allow baby strollers inside.

After my bad experience at their other place, I tried this one. What a nice surprise- that lady (I think her name is Elaine) was friendly and helpful. She explained how the machines work, and advised me to the correct machine for my loads. The place is shabbier than the other, but Much cleaner. No litter-strewn parking lot. There is a laundry sink available at this one. The bathroom is tiny but clean. The toilet has no seal so it wobbels, and leaks sewer gas. They could fix that. The place has a more open feel to it, but the machines are old and not kept up. One leaked oil on my clothes. The laundry lady said to use the newer front-loaders to avoid any problems with the older machines. I will just use her service when I am in town again. She is very organized.
