About

I'm that big yellow house on the corner of Dawson & Webster that just might be haunted by the ghost of Dollie Lapham.

I just love this house we took a Saturday tour for from five bucks. It has really cool and old stuff. My favorite thing was not being told no you can't touch that. This is a must see place!

Wonderful historic home with knowledgeable tour guides from the local historic society. The first floor is ADA compliant, though like most old homes the stairs to the second and third floors are tight and winding. The Patterson family have donated many items from both their times in the house and from previous owners, so there are touches of history throughout. Don't miss the Queen Anne window on the third floor! I don't know what Mr. Lapham was thinking when he built this home, but I'm glad it still stands for us to see.
