BE WARNED! PLEASE READ!!! We drove multiple hours to come by a truck at this dealership. Due to the negative reviews, we did our own research to protect ourselves. We researched the CarFax and title to make sure everything matched up. We brushed up on our rights. We spoke to a man named Tony for several days before deciding to make the drive. Tony had a "man-to-man" talk with us and he stated he is working to provide for his family and would never be dishonest to another man and their family / jeopardize our safety. We even went as far to bring up all the negative reviews. ***Tony told us that other dealerships are trying to put them out of business and posting fake reviews!!!*** (lies). We were set, everything was good to drive out there and make the deal. Upon arriving, the staff was extremely unprofessional and couldn't even find the key to the truck. Tony was "unavailable" (despite having an appointment) and a boy that couldn't be over 20 years old was told to assist us. The truck immediately looked different from the photos posted online. The photos online were edited to smooth out the rock chips, hail damage, hazy lights, dirty interior, worn paint, etc. They even threw trash in the truck bed! They basically took a rode hard truck and gave it some nice wheels to attract buyers. We test drove the truck and immediately felt something was off. We took it to a local auto shop to be checked out. The mechanic literally saved our lives. He brought us in and explained that parts of the engine had been replaced and the check engine light was CLIPPED so it wouldn't show! The emergency break didn't work and the tires weren't fit properly which caused them to rub on the wheel wells. This truck was literally about to explode! The mechanic told us to run as far as we can from Lara's. We drove the car back and refused to park our other vehicle in the lot. We were pressured to come inside and "talk" to multiple people to work out a deal. He completely ignored the reports from the mechanic and acted dumb founded. We had to literally stand our ground and tell them we are not going back in the building and drop the keys on the ground. I am so relieved my family is safe and there is a special place where the sun don't shine for all of Lara's employees. RUN FAR, TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW, AND BELIEVE EVERY BAD REVIEW!!!

Great customer service My sales person Tony Guzman Very knowledge every thing when so smooth I really recommend this place , great customer services knowledgeable sales persons and great price .

I have recently purchased a truck from them. Let it be known- nothing is wrong with the truck....yet. BUT... what this business has put me through is anything but professional. The first person I had come to talk about some trucks my grandmother and I were interested in told me he could not sell a certain car to me... and he hadn't even checked our credit- which is perfect. There was clearly a language barrier but I asked a simple question "I can not have this car?" Answer was simply "no". [Let it be known as I sit in this building the truck I wanted is still here. Im staring at it right now.] Continuing So I went home and it just didn't seem right I called them asked them why they wouldn't sell it to me again and the girl on the phone named Nina told me it must have been a mistake and please come back. So I came back because I really liked and wanted the truck. I asked to see someone else when I got there because I didn't want anymore problems with language barriers or anything so a young guy helped me out and even offered a nicer truck with lower miles they just got in the day before for cheaper (I took that one) After that I went to the tag office a week before my temporary license were to expire and they told me that the records had not been sent to them. (The tag office gave me a templicense for another month to deal with it) So I had to go back to Lara's Trucks to figure out why the records have not been sent. I got there maybe two weeks later [becuase as we all know- taking off work isnt easy] early in the morning so I knew they wouldnt be busy. They then told me the lady I needed to talk to wouldn't be in for 30 minutes. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes- So I told them I would call later and I just left. The next day I called them (2 hours AFTER they opened) and asked for the record keeper. Again- language barrier. He didn't know what a record keeper was... So I had to explain. -Aggravating. After figuring out what I was saying he said she was sick and out til Monday.... this was a Thursday... I call them again to make sure she is there and I don't waste any more time and gas. They said she's out [not surprised] but they got my name and number and they said they will have her call me.... So I wait... and today is the day my tag office templicense expires... Which brings us to the present. So today I come in and ask the front desk for the records keeper -AGAIN this guy doesnt know what a records keeper is.... he says she's out for the day. I'm starting to think she doesn't exist. I give him my papers from the purchase and he changes his mind. She will be here in "30 minutes". I have read other reviews and I ignored them thinking people were just being rude or butt-hurt. But no, they were being honest. This establishment is.... actually... I have NO words for them. I don't even want to grace them with words they can flip around. Just stay away. I'm a very patient guy but I have no patience for repetitive negligence on a business' part. Get your sh*$%!*# together.  Also- update. I have now been sitting here for 47 minutes. He comes up to me says she is now not coming. Here is a dealership tag she will call you in about a week. WELL... we shall see won't we?
