The staff are very UN-PROFESSIONAL from the sales man to the employees that answer the phone.They repeatedly hung up on me several times avoiding to give me a refund! I DO NOT recommend this car dealer ship to NO ONE ! There is a reason why this car dealer ship has VERY POOR RATINGS on Google! They don't just miraculously appear but because they provide very bad service and they are very  UNSCRUPULOUS, DISHONEST, UNETHICAL people that LIE.  They use bait FAKE  photos of trucks on their website specifically saying "coming soon" but in reality when they arrive at the dealer ship  the truck that is shown online is nothing to what appears in person.  One thing this dealer should learn from reading this review is not to waste a customers Valuable time, but most importantly is to not LIE!  If  I had not gotten my refund I would have certainly called my Lawyer and taken the case to court!  If interested in a vehicle that Laras trucks has up for sale, I Highly recommend to look around for the similar vehicle and I'm certain you will find a much better deal!

Call every day for a week straight about an 
F-150 I was interested in trading my truck for. 
Every time I called they put me on hold or transferred me, eventually telling me they would call back in a few minutes. No one ever call me back or responded to my messages. After dealing with this for a few days, I finally called and asked to speak with the General manager - They Reused to connect me.

Had an amazing experience.  Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.  Got an awesome deal!! my salesman, Geraldo, was nice to look at too!!

Gerardo was our salesman. Very helpful and willing to work with us on pricing.  Vehicle was clean and in good shape and the transfer process was quick. Solid inventory of vehicles at fair prices. Would suggest for anyone needing a newer but affordable model vehicle.

There very abusive and sell their vehicles at a very high price, would much rather prefer Craigslist or something. Check out the car title before buying the car and check the VIN. Most of these cars have salvaged titles, which means they've been salivated but repaired back to a good condition. They're very crooked and sneaky, especially to their Latino customers.
