I called to ask if they could remove stains from couch cushion covers and he couldn't understand me. I tried to ask if they could remove stains in general and he said he doesn't know, I need to bring them in. I asked how they usually remove stains from items and he said he couldn't explain the process. Very hard to understand and communicate with him because of his limited English skills.
