I have been going here for years, its a nice place but customer service needs to be better. I had to walk around for 10 minutes and knock on all the doors to get help with a broke washer and I never found anyone. I had to take my soaking wet clothes to another washer and I lost $5 dollars due to the missing attendant. I probably won't be back until the customer service improves namely VISIBLE attendants. Also I called 4 times & no one answered the phone.

The best wash and fold as well as laundry service it has it's days so go on a weekday or early weekend day.
