I have been with Larry Bittle for 19 years and love and adore them.  My family jokes that we are the black sheep of the family because the rest of my family including aunts and uncles are with Randy Bittle in Fort Smith.  
They have been very responsive and friendly.  I couldn't imagine having my car or home insurance with anyone else.

Best agency, they have always been very great. Very friendly, I wouldn't choose to have insurance with anyone else. Thank you Donna, Franchelle, Jill, and Larry for always being so kind and honest about my insurance needs for personal and business.

Very disappointed with this SF office. They made a huge mistake and won't own up to it and act like it's our fault. Now it's costing me thousands. Tempted to file an E&O claim.
