I am grateful for this car wash. It provides a decent service for a decent price. I am very picky with my car wash, and if I had the time I would always do it myself, but since I can't I use this car wash alot. The work quality is 85% and the wait it tolerable. The manager/owner is approachable if you have a concern. The best time to go is as early as possible, when the workers are not tired and the lines are shorter. I would give it 4 1/2 stars. I also recommend the foam wax.

Horrible customer service. After my car had passed through the entire washing process, I went in to the office to let the cashier (which I believe is the manager who was covering at the moment) to let him know that my vehicle was still dirty and if this was something they were going to take care of right away. He tells me that I am complaining without even letting them finish doing there job, but yet the vehicle was already at the end of the line at the drying process of the wash, so what did he expect me to do, let them buff away all of the dirt with there towels? I was in shock with his attitude and didn't even respond, I just got in my vehicle and drove off. I honestly do not recommend this car wash to anyone, you are better off giving your vehicle to a 5 year old with a garden hose and some dish washing soap, at least he will be more respectful and do a better job.

A politically incorrect friend told me that years ago, the people who used to wash your car at Las Brisas were "Mexicans and Central Americans," and they worked well and very fast. Now, he said "it's a bunch of lazy a$$ Cuban 'balseros'" who work very slowly. I don't know if what my friends says is true, but I took my car in for a wash, and I had to wait a very long time.

Not good on details. Never washed area under the windshield wipers. Fast and inexpensive. You get what you pay.

Hands down the best car wash in Miami! Where else can you get your car washed for $11? Plus, it's always very fast. And the crew does a great job. I'd highly recommend them.
