Donot visit this place Worst cleaners I ever visited staff doesn't inform the rates up ahead gave 25 peaces for regular wash and press they informed me that's 2$ per peace and they asked me wether I wanted it folded or hanged I asked them to fold next thing happened is they apparently charged me double for folding when I asked for it- owner of this place was not in the premise and on top of not being apologetic he was yelling at me over phone and threatening to call 911 when I asked him to call 911 sucker did have the guts to do that he just changes his word and asked me to come tomorrow- never going back again I suggest the same to everyone

Their prices are outrageous and they give no warning. Even with the 35% coupon they inflated their prices. I had 6 dresses and 1 blazer for a total of $97, $71 with the coupon. They dont do anything better than any other dry cleaner. I won't be back.

They lost 5 of my shirts, I gave them a day to figure out what they did with them, and when I returned he could care less. He asked what they were worth and i told him they were worth about $100, thank goodness I am a thrifty shopper. He said, "Im not giving you that." Ill give you $50 in dry cleaning services. They damaged another one of my shirts before but I didnt say anything because I am not that kind of guy. Please do not let them be responsible for your clothes, they will either damage or lose them and not offer any kind of remorse or monetary reimbursement.

My favorite cleaners in Irving. Friendly service and they always get it right! Everytime I go there, they remember my name. Last week I brought in a shirt that was lost at the back of my closet with a pasta sauce stain on it that must have dried in over a month. No worries, picked up my clothes the next day and the shirt looked better than the day I bought it! As for others that have posted here, not sure about their experience. When I have had an issue with this place, the owner has always treated me with "the customer is always right" service.

I took a dress to be cleaned here. It had only been worn once and was only moderately dirty. However, I doubt they even touched it, let alone clean it. When I went to pick it up, the dress looked exactly like it did when I took it in. Even so, the woman at the counter charged me $ 11 and when I complained the only answer she had was a xenophobic comment regarding my foreign accent. I am disgusted with her attitude and outraged that I had to pay for a service they did not deliver. Save yourself the money and the trip and avoid this shop altogether!
