New owner has no concept of responsibility or service. I've been going there over 20 years through 3 owners. Two dress shirts came back with big black smudges on the collars, and one had another around the second button down; all around quarter-sized. Took them back for redo, and they tried to charge me for them again until I explained to the owner at that time. The girl who took them in never noted they were do-overs. Upon getting home, one shirt still had the big smudge right in front, (they had to see it when pressing it!). I took it back; same girl, asked her to make sure she put it in as a 2nd do over. Went to pick it up, they tried to charge me twice, no note about it. Would not believe me and said I have to talk to owner; the shirt was still pressed on the hanger, with the sleeves clipped and the collar plastic in, obviously had not been worn again. The second time he argued with me and insisted I am wrong, they couldn't have smudged them like that, I did it first (regardless, the did not clean the spots the first or even second time, right?) He would not get my shirts until I paid again; OK , but instead of getting them, kept telling me it was not possible for them to have smudged them, over and over until I was extremely frustrated. He seemed to have to have the last word. I have never been treated like that at any cleaners, like I am the one lying about it. I explained I have a skin disease that spots blood, and I actually check each shirt and spot and wash them first before bringing in, so I look them all over. Again, he insisted I brought in the shirts already stained, they couldn't have, even though that point is really immaterial. Horrible customer service, and rude as heck. What if they lose something? Good luck getting it paid for. This new owner has a big ego problem and I would not take my clothes there ever again. Stay away!

They do a great job. They get the stains out of my shirts and very nice press. Highly recommend.

I originally picked this cleaner because of the good reviews, but it was quite possibly the worst experience at a dry cleaner. The first items I brought included new (worn once) dress shirts. The cleaner stained the collar with a black stain on a white men's dress shirt. They waited for me to come in and pick up the shirt to tell me about it. They should have minimally called to inform about it so that I didn't have to come back twice if I wanted to allow the to correct their damage. There have to be better options with better customer service. I will not be going back here and will find another cleaner to try to remove the stain.
