The food is delicious! Although, whenever I’ve dined in with my family the service has been between subpar and just plain horrible. Also, the two times I questioned the size of my chicken [for $13 you expect a decent size], they treated the situation horribly and almost didn’t give me a bigger piece. I only do take out now and the portion sizes are usually better.

Service is high end. Portion size is HUGE! Flavors , adult beverages,  desserts were great. Def come back to eat when visiting.

Tonight was my first time here at Las Vegas and I had ordered a churasco with rice and beans. As I was eating my food I almost choked on a small rubber band. The manager came over and told me that she checked in the kitchen and saw that there were no small rubber bands. I felt as if she assumed that I had brought one from home and put it in my own food. First of all, the worse service ever from our server and secondly what kind of manager comes over to say this to me? Vimi was the managers name and she has no customer service skills what so ever.

Second visit to this restaurant. Courteous service, and very well prepared Spanish/Cuban dishes. Not too crowded, not too crazy. We'll keep coming.
