Nelson A. in Las Vegas provided extremely helpful customer service, and went way above and beyond the duties of his job description to help me out, after someone had fooled up my ticket date My first time in the state at that. He saved My opinion of LV. Good prices too!! Stations clean. Riff Raff outside but that's everywhere. At least they have security!!

It is amazing how they have cleaned up the place. No one is allowed in the station unless they have a ticket; there are no more beggars hanging around; it no longer smells; there is more security; the lines are more organized; it is clean; the staff has a different attitude. Congrats!

ON 1-30-2018 at 08:30, The Morning shift Security guards are complete Jerks and rude even when you are being extremely nice to them and asking how to board bus.. simple question. Wow.. they need to hire new guards that are courteous at least.

I had heard really crazy things about this station, however it wasn't bad at all. When I first arrived at the station there was no available seating but people were coming and going so I didn't have to stand there with my bags for too long. I was kind of surprised when they did a quick bag search as we were getting ready to board, but it was really quick and they were very polite about it. Other passengers were commenting that they would rather be at this station than the Salt Lake station any day. Honestly, I agree.

The worst bus station that I’ve ever been to. All the buses were delayed for about 6 hours and more, the securities aint say nothing about it, weren’t even being sorry for the delay. He just kept saying ‘how would I know’ attitude and that could happen to you one day also. I would highly recommend you not to take greyhound ever. If you truly want to take greyhound, good luck with that.
