Don't be fooled by these fake positive reviews. This is a horrible bus service! They again left passengers at Excalibur and refused to come back. The prices are cheap, but be warned you get what you pay for. I was left stranded with about 7 other passengers. No one cared. When others walked by and heard us discussing the issue, they said this is typical of this carrier. I also was told things like it's hard to communicate with the drivers if you don't understand spanish, and they consistently arrive late. Never again will I use this service. And I plan to spread the word heavily especially during the holiday season. I want an apology and a refund!

I just got my money stolen, they were supposed to pick us up at Excalibur Hotel at 12:40 am, I got a phone call from one of their rep, she told me that the driver called her to said he will be here at 12:00 am, me and my son were ready at 11:30 pm, and they never came to pick us up. I tryed calling their office and no one will answer. What a waste of time and money, I hate them, I got my son waiting for hrs in the cold. Never buy tickets from them.
