I purchased the tattoo removal Groupon. First off this place is impossible to contact. I called several times and left several messages with no return calls. Finally by chance someone answered and I made an appointment. On the day of my appointment I drove to the other side of Tucson. To my surprise the doors were locked and no one was there. This is a terribly ran business. I'm actually REALLY glad that I did not get to experience their "service"; who knows what would have came from it.

I have been to several different laser tattoo removal facilities in the Tucson area and Laser Bella is EXCELLENT!  Not only is the staff always professional and very friendly the rates are exceptional and the equipment is by far the best.  I originally went to Pima Dermatology whose rates where astronomical.  Then I went to New Look Laser who did a decent job but there laser was very outdated.  The treatment there took about 30-45 minutes compaired to Laser Bella where I'm in and out in 15 minutes.  I would recommend Laser Bella to anyone looking into getting their tattoo removed.

Love this place, one of those places you almost don't want to share with any of your friends and keep as your own secret. This place had the laid back  feel of your local friendly salon disguised in an office setting. The staff was very easy going and not as uptight as alot of other med spas around town. They were able to take me early at the last minuet and were also very accommodating when I decided to get my dermal filler done before a last minuet trip. The prices are really reasonable in comparison to others around town which was why I've remained a client. I came in originally for a tattoo removal session and ended up with that and a photo facial, I was quite impressed with the results  and  how quick they were both done! It was SO fast! I was in and out in just a few minuets for alot cheaper then I'd imagined. I've recommended this place to alot of my friends after having my fillers and tattoo removal done here. I  very much recommend this place if your looking for results and your on a budget. The staff is friendly and accommodating, what , more could you ask for?

I bought a Groupon for tattoo removal and it included 6 sessions.  I had 5 of the treatments done and had minimal, if any, fading of the tattoo.  On the 5th visit I had a serious burn/blister that still hasn't healed and its been 3 months.  After parts of the scabs fall off, I literally have HOLES in my leg.  Its very scary and it looks like its permanent skin damage.  I went to my dermatologist today and they were very concerned about with how this place is operating and the condition of my skin with having holes in my leg.  They apply no antibiotic ointment or wrap the area after treatment which is what my dermatologist's office does.  I could go on forever but please don't risk it and go to a place that knows what they are doing.

Purchased the 3 visit Tattoo Removal for a few "DOTS" on my fingers and a calf tattoo about 3X3 which is mostly just lines with minimal shading (Outline) --> the DOTS and the calf tattoo are still there and didn't even fade. Tattoo removal at this place is useless and a waste of money. I was told I would need at least three more treatments but I decided against it because the tattoos didn't even fade or show signs of being removed.

One time I showed up for my appt and the doors were locked....it took me three days to finally get a hold of someone to re-schedule --> Stay away !!

I hate to be negative about a "Local Business" but this Groupon is a Rip-Off and Tucson should know about it....
