The first time I went they were great. I had someone named Esther and she did a wonderful job and finished the set in about an hour and a half. I went again a couple months later and someone else did them and they were super crooked and some were already falling off. So she tries to fix them again and by this point I had been there for 3 and a half hours. So she said she fixed them and by the time I had gotten home I had already lost 10 of them! Then a week had passed and I lost all but about 4 on my right eye. I never touch them, I don't sleep on that side and they still fell off. So I went in to have them fixed and they threatened to charge more and told me that I had to leave a tip. I will not be going back here again.

Tina turned a terrible situation around. My phone experience was terrible and hurtful. However, Tina showed grace, consideration, compassion and loyalty to her customer by honoring the rate, and to use at my convenience. Her apology was greatly appreciated. 

Thank you again. I will gladly return :)

My experience at Lashful was wonderful. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and my eyelashes look wonderful. I look forward to returning for touch ups. Highly recommend!
