I have been to this spa once before and had an average experience with a facial. The women at the desk convinced me of a great deal during "spa week" and I booked another facial and a massage. When I came to my appointment today, they didn't seem to have booked me correctly and they don't have time to fit in both my massage and facial. So I'm stuck sitting here for an hour and only get a massage, and I will be complaining about the service to the manager. NEVER coming back here again. Inexperienced staff and worth less than the prices.

Convenient Free Spa Parking(in Ridgewood), Friendly Customer Service, Nice product lines for all skin types and MOST OF ALL, I love getting my facials with Zonya. Zonya has been doing my facials for over 5 years. She is a very lovely and warm person. AND, It is a very relaxing experience. I do notice a big difference in my skin.

The spa was amazing. Easy to book an appointment with knowledgeable staff. Greeted immediately by friendly staff who treated me like a VIP. Staff was touch notched and the spa itself was beautiful!
