Best DMV experience ever! I was the last one to walk in today. I was welcomed and taken care of. Not what I expected in this super busy location at the end of the day. But i enjoyed every minute of my visit. Friendly, funny and experienced. Guys go there for great service. I was so impressed, i reviewed from the parking lot outside :)

I don't care what these other reviews say. This has been the fastest and easiest trip to ANY Government agency. Rosemary was the best of all! Loved her little alarm when she ran out of cards!

Excellent experience. Sometimes if you procrastinate, like i did, u cant be mad at anyone but yourself! Dont be pissed bx the lines are long...MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. The staff at this location were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and they didnt have to be. My mistake/ my penalty. VISA AND JOHANNA H. Thank you for your help. A little advice if your still reading: try smiling first at the staff who have been helping only about a million people a day. BE POLITE...see if that gets you decent customer service. Pay it forward!

My first name and last name got switched on car registration paper. They told me it's because I used my passport/other state DL to buy a car in Florida. I didn't argue about it. I just want to have name corrected. Only 20 mins wait, perfect! But....even think with my toes....I want to say it doesn't matter. First name is first name, last name is last name. They got my name wrong not because of the official document I provided, it's because they didn't work carefully. Crappy excuse was not accepted....

Extremely rude staff .. Kevin not even take a look at my papers or explain me why it get my appointment canceled, when I question why he started to argue! I just don’t understand why they hiring people who don’t have a basic level of civilized communication not talking about maners or school! I left th office with tears I mentioned my husband and he just said” that’s the dmw” now I understand why everyone hates to go there! * I had all the papers what’s required based on their website,when you go there they didn’t even talk with you and after 49 minuets a lady was telling ... well the website didn’t say everything 😂 really? Good that I made an appointment go there lost 2 hours and 95$ box to tell me your information are not right! Thank You DMW
