The laundry mat itself is a very nice place. Clean, comfortable with nice little extras to enjoy.  However, I was here today Saturday, June 3rd at 8:30 am.  When I walked in there was no attendant in the building.  I ended up needing assistance and waited 15 minutes for someone to show their face.  Another patron finally realized I was looking and told me she was probably outside "like always".  I stepped outside 3 times looking for someone with no result.  Another patron walked in the door, pointed to a car and said that's her.  There was a woman and a man in the car sleeping. I approached the car and with a very foul attitude the woman said "I'll be right in". She took her time coming back into the building and treated me very rudely while helping me. The minute she was done with me she immediately returned to her car.  Every time a customer came in, they had to go get her out of her car and then she would go right back out.  In the meantime, several of the washing machines and dryers were occupied by laundry she was doing. Not running any more, just with laundry sitting in them.   This forced me to use a washer much bigger and more expensive than I needed.  When I left, she was in the car again and a strong smell of marijuana was coming out of it.

I moved my elderly neighbor into a assisted living facility. I dropped off over 90lbs of clothes to them and they were fantastic. The clothes were clean smelled better than they have in years and nicely folded and bagged up. The employees  went far beyond my expectations.

Always friendly people when I go in...Michelle always has a smile and is willing to help with any questions I have and is pleasant to talk to...its always clean and drop off is quick and efficient too...never had a problem..would highly recommend....

I go there every week with bags full of clothes from my family of 4. I only spend about an hour and a half there. Its a nice place to go and the employees and other customers are very friendly and helpful when you need it. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I take my laundry there regularly and have them wash and fold it for me. I've been completely happy with their work until today. It is clear that they left my laundry in the machine far after it was finished so that I'm in the process of ironing ten shirts. Not happy!
