Where to begin... the place is a mess. The cleaning dude is a jerk... they don't care about loyal customers who've spent lots of money here. 

The cleaning dude also called the cops on these teenagers who weren't doing anything wrong at all. Sure seemed like it was because the kids were minorities. The owner then justifies it as some "history of trouble" with that guy. These are teenagers who weren't doing anything wrong. If the kids were so much trouble, why were there no arrests? Why is there not some warrant out for their arrest? 

Please, don't waste your time or money at this place. There are other laundromats who treat their customers with more dignity and respect, and keep their bathrooms and floors tidy. Brian, please don't bother trying to justify calling the cops to me. Cleaning dude should go. He's very obviously not doing his job.

There is garbage stacked up underneath the machines, which makes one wonder, what the hell is the condition on the inside of the machines? I have no idea and I'm not eager to find out, but I do know that the cleaning guy spent Wednesday, August 23 calling police on a group of people who were doing laundry. Instead of, for instance, cleaning under the washers. 

When I pointed out that it was idiotic to call the government on people doing laundry, he said he didn't want my business either. Very well; I probably spent $300 here in the last year and I'll be glad to spend it somewhere with better bathrooms.

I was there Wednesday August 9th at 7 to 9 am. At first I was the only one there. I saw a roach and killed it quickly. I didn't think to much of it until the next one I killed was crawling on my leg. As soon as my cloths were done drying I left before they got in my cloths and I brought them home with me. I know laundromania has pest control I have seen them at other locations but if the roaches are that bad then every business in that strip mall has roaches.

It washes out all dirt from clothes. I live it also because its close to the grocery store and the pharmacy in case you need anything

Facility is crawling with roaches. Attendants are extremely abrasive and told my sister to leave. He didn't believe her that her laundry was in the washing machines and she almost had to leave without all her stuff. Apparently she didn't look like somebody who does laundry. But for a place that's crawling with roaches not surprising because it's so dirty if I worked there I'd be a lot more polite and spend my time cleaning instead of being rude to patrons who by the way will never return to a place that will probably infect my house with bugs. Only giving one star because you have to give one to post the review. Really it's zero.
