Dryers are not free!  Called corporate number and they stated they would contact the woman working and have her provide the dryer for free... She still would not.

Why does it say free dry when it's not? Yes I could have went somewhere else but the website clearly states free dry. This place is not only disgusting but is false advertising service they don't provide,especially when you drive 15 minutes to get there only to realize it's not free. Now my wife is gone with the car and money and now I have to sit in this garbage until she returns because she has the money with her because I thought they had free dry. If I knew this I would not have left all my money with her. 😭

I came here to dry my clothes. Did not know one of the dryers i was using did not work. After 32 mins, my clothes were still wet, no sign to alert customers. I told the woman who works there, unsure of her name, but she is hispanic and wears glasses, she tells me no one has complained and people have been drying all day. She then gives me 50¢. I told her i paid a dollar and wanted all my money back. She told me nothing she could do and to get out of her face. I seriously almost punched her in her face. Luckily another woman working with her was more understanding and suggested i call the number on a sign for assistance, i guess the its the man owns or helps manage his name is Armando. Unfortunately, i got  the voicemail, but only because the first woman was on the phone with him. Im assuming he told her to give me all my money back, because she gave me the difference. However, i didnt know requesting a refund for a dryer not working was enough to upset someone. Regardless, if no one else complained, you represent that business, and the machine could have also given out at any point. Its not like the machines are new. I also suggested a sign be put on the dryer so other people dont have the same issue, and the first woman told me it doesnt matter because they are about to close. The issue was brought to their attention, unfortunately people are losing their money. Will not give any more money to this place EVER!
