Loved the place at first, was close to my apt even though they have on site machines I choose to still load my car and drive to the laundromat because of previous experience....had an encounter with the owner and it's not what she said but how she said it. I work customer service too,  I'm in the customer service industry. Sad to say but I will not be retuning to establishment.

Bad management. Wife and husband micromanage everything you do. Machines have problems accepting quarters and have taken money in the past. They complain when their machines have problems. They don't clean like past employees so machines and place are dirty. They make unfounded accusations about you in public and yell and scream. I happily pay more money to stay away from them

First time using a laundry mat.

Very clean and well maintained. There are Carts to use for transporting your laundry and desks to use for folding it.

$3.25 For Washing Cycle
$0.25 For Drying 8 minutes

$1.00 For Detergent (One Single Use box, but I tried to get 2 out of it)
$1.00 For Dryer Sheets (Pack of 2)
*There is a machine in the back right corner that dispenses these, and a pole next to it just in case you cant reach the product dispensed... you might know what I mean...

Carlos was very helpful and engaging. He was cleaning the facility and equipment the whole time. 

PS, You must put the dollar for the change machine in EXACTLY as displayed... and double check the direction if you are having trouble. Myself and another guest had to double check :P.
