Shirts were ready the next day. Dry cleaners in San Francisco do not have convenient hours for me so this service is fantastic. I can drop clothes off on weekends, early in mornings or late at night.

Lockers are inside the parking garage. Walk through the area labeled Pedestrian access. The area inside the garage is well lit. 

This was my first time using Laundry Lockers and the  lock and unlock process is not very well described by Laundry Lockers. I eventually figured it out but it should have been easier. When dropping clothes off you use a 4 digit pin to lock the locker and then use same pin to unlock after clothes are delivered. There could easily be some instructions provided to help the first time customer.

The second time I used this service, Laundry Locker did NOT actually clean my blouse before returning it to me and charging me $8.  The blouse still had a few small grease stains on it and smelled like it had not been washed.  I was super excited about this service the first time I used it, but would not recommend it anymore.
