This is more expensive than San Fran rinse co. The machines are older and charge more. Thus, only 3 stars from me

I have been there more than once, maybe 40 or 50 times. I use them every weekend and I pay the $2.00 per washer load, NOT $3.00 as stated by the other one time user. All of the other coin laundries in the neighborhood DO NOT HAVE attendants to fix your4 problems, SF Coin does and they do a great job. I have never been dissatisfied with the soap machine or the change machine or the washers or the dryers. My problems (as few as they’ve been) have always been fixed promptly and always to my satisfaction. As a customer, I have never been dissatisfied. The washers and dryers are the cleanest in the City. I’ve patronized, usually due to circumstances out of my control, more than a dozen other coin laundries in the City and this one has always been the cleanest, without a doubt. I wish they would open more locations!

The prices are too high for Fluff N Fold. Your clothes come back dirty. When you bring this to their attention they pretend they can't speak English. I found a cheaper place down the street--Mack's Valet Cleanders--that does your laundry for 90 cents a pound instead of the $1.25 they charge. A friend of mine had some clothes ruined and lost and had to take this Laundry to small claims court. They had refused to honor the manager's promise to fully repay the costs of the ruined laundry. My friend won in small claims court after the owner refused to admit the ruined laundry had even been washed there. So stay away from this laundry! They are BAD!
