If I️ could give this place 0 stars I️ would. My mother & I️ have been coming here for years. The only people that make this place bearable are ruben and rosa , who are always going out of their way to help everyone fairly and keeping the place tidy. My mom has arthertis and when she comes to wash we were informed that the hot water was discontinued and there was not heat. Mind you my mother is not the only one coming here who has this condition. Her hands were practically numb after washing her hands. This should be illegal and I️ will be reporting this place. NO HEAT NO HOT WATER is very serious especially when you also bring your two kids and they’re hands and noses are as cold as the ice cold water we are washing our clothes with. On top of the false advertisinment this is unacceptable. People who come and give there business here at time have no choice because it is closer to them, and they take advantage of this. This will be the last time I️ bring my business to this place.

This used to be such a great place to do laundry. I don't know what has happened in the last six weeks from February 2017 to the present time, but this place is not being picked up, the machine tops are not cleaned, the cans are not being emptied and only one person at work but that's no excuse because I from the times of Cindi, Rosa, Jose God bless his soul, this place was always spotless. If they changed management or work philosophy, you need to read this and get it together or I will not be coming back and the sentiment of many while I have being here is the same. My wife already made up her mind of no coming back so you are down two already.

Had the worst interaction with a man , not sure if owner or management or attendant 😡 I have been a loyal customer of this place for almost a year. Walked in...doors open to be rudely told they are no longer 24 hours and why didn't I see the sign, the small printer sign taped on the door 😒 How about you update your hours!!!

I come here only for the drying. Two quarters will get your clothes hot and toasty. I love it.

Used to be a regular of their wash and fold service, but no more. From our last trip, at least a dozen articles of clothing were missing from our order (not just things like socks or underwear, all expensive shirts). The staff on hand when we returned to complain didn't seem to know anything or care that we had that experienced this. We will not be returning. Steer clear. -Blake and Aurora
