Kopple Realty provided a professional atmosphere, great customer service and went above and beyond as needed (especially since I was remote). I could not have asked for more. Very pleased and highly recommend them

What would you consider main goal of property management company? Managing property, right?! My annual tenant (who was in place when I went with Laura B. Kopple) left mid-March. The agent never activated new listing. I trusted that their vested interest was renting my property. Evidently not. Agent assured me home was listed on their site & Zillow. Not! When I asked to speak with Broker Kopple I was told, "She said we can give you your keys back." No further comment. What? She refuses to speak with me? Again, "She said we can give you back your keys." Later I got a verbal apology. Yup, their mistake. Oh well. I'm out almost $5K. All's forgiven, then. Not. BBB & State AG will be hearing from me. PS as soon as I found out (after 4 months with severe health issues) I immediately posted on Zillow & got 12 inquiries in 2 days!  Referring each prospective tenant to WAY more competent & reliable Home & Condo Management Company.
