We have loved Dr. Laura for many, many years. She has always been so patient and loving with my children. The staff always made their visits enjoyable by reading books and keeping them calm..even during emergencies. Our family is so proud of her success and thankful that we've been a part of her journey.

Overall, dental experience for my son was good. However, once I received my bill, turns out my son was not on the insurance and I must pay the bill. Very frustrating considering the reception told me he was covered. Clearly they did not actually look up my info. Having worked in a dental office, I know they should verify insurance, which they did not. Was just told I signed paperwork saying I would pay whatever insurance doesn't cover. True, but could've been avoided if they looked up the info before hand like they said the did and it could've been fixed. This is just unprofessional and a bad practice. Not a way to treat a customer. Certainly won't go back. Good thing it wasn't to expensive because they don't do payment plans either. Recommened finding a dentist who actually values their customer.

My husband and I were absolutely overjoyed at our first visit with our two young children yesterday. The staff was super friendly with our kids, playing with them and calling them by name. They made sure to warm up to them and make them comfortable before introducing them to any of the dental instruments. The office was clean, welcoming, bright, colorful and stocked well with quality kids toys. It is quite a drive to their office from our house and they are not in our dental plan but they came highly recommended - I am so happy we gave them a try because they were sure worth it. We will be using them for all of our pediatric dental needs from here on in!

My daughter had her first visit here and she LOVED it. She is begging me to go back to the "fun" doctor. The waiting room is a kid's paradise and the staff knows how to keep you child comfortable. I really appreciated McAuley's professional yet kid friendly manner. She immediately put my child and I at ease.
