When Dr. James McCreary acquired the practice in 2003, his goal was to not only uphold our exceptional reputation within our community but to also strive to improve the level of care and customer service that we provide each and every day. As someone who has a panic attack at the thought of going to the dentist I was extremely impressed by everything this Office did for me today. I was only scheduled for my initial consultation but they were able to get me in for my cleaning as well and provider me care to help with my anxiety. They were diligent in their explanation of my insurance benefits and extremely compassionate. I highly recommend McCreary's Dentist to anyone looking for a caring team and amazing staff!!

A few years ago, I chose to make an appointment with Dr. McCreary after doing extensive google research on dentists along the Florida panhandle. He and his staff are, by far, the most wonderful team I have ever experienced! Impeccably clean, comfortable, friendly, accommodating, and most importantly (to me) - they take the time to talk to you: answer all of your questions, "baby step" you through the experience if you're nervous... they remember you - you're not just a chart to review. I have never, in my life, raved about a dentist - but Dr. McCreary and his entire team are worth bragging about!

I would have given this office a five star review. When I went in, they were attentive to my needs and concerns and completely friendly. I am giving a lower rating because I had a dental procedure scheduled for Monday and the office just decided to cancel my appointment because I didn't call to reconfirm an appointment that I already had scheduled. I am a full time student and work full time. I didn't have time to call and reconfirm. It is a huge inconvenience to have to reschedule because the ONE day I freed up my schedule and arranged for a driver I now cannot go. I did call to express my concerns with management and the manager didn't even have the decency to call back in a timely manner. As much as I really liked this office after my initial visit, I have been put in a bad position. I will be finding a new dentist to visit.

You just don't find offices like this one very often. Unfortunately have a family member that is not covered under our dental coverage but had a dental emergency that couldn't wait. I called Monday morning and he was in the chair by Monday afternoon. All the forms were completed online before we got to the office so there was NO wait time! The staff was amazing and did not treat the customers without dental insurance any different than those with insurance which is almost unheard of (by the way we also watched a few other come in without coverage as well). His extraction was over and done before I settled into my online cell phone game. This office should be the first one to pop in when you type in emergency dentistry near me! Already telling others about our visit. Really sad to see the other young lady leave over a missed confirmation. You may have to swallow your pride and give them one more try. We have been to many other local offices and trust me, the staff, dentist, facility and practice as a whole is wonderful compare to some other 4 or 5 star rated offices.

Hands down the nicest dental staff in town!! From the front desk receptionist to the dental hygienists to the Doctor himself, they are all so kind and gentle. Dr. McCreary is nice and very patient. He answers all my questions each time I go in to see him. He is very personable and knows what he's doing. With his expertise and the help from his staff, I now have a beautiful, healthy smile. I honestly look forward going to his office anytime I go because he takes great care of myself and my family!
