We are new to the Conway area. In 2016, I transferred from Michigan to Arkansas. We hired Laura prepare our 2016 taxes. Despite all of the extras (moving expenses, out of state rental property, etc) Laura met with us at a time that worked best with our busy schedules. She was very professional and thorough when reviewing everything we had to claim. In about a week, the tax forms were prepared and e-filed for us. Smooth process and we will continue to go there to complete our taxes!

It sucks that I can only get help from Marshall! I love the service but not able to get help from more than one person is crazy!  I have to wait till 4 to get help! This makes 2 days in a row!

Hanlon associates is my CPA firm and should be yours as well.  Here is why in a nutshell.  Professionalism, expertise, and friendly service describe them among other things including value and fair price.  I also have a personal story to tell.  It was April 16th, 2014.  I had been calling all over Conway trying to find a CPA to partner with as I opened my new business (Thriveworks).  Most CPAs didn't answer the phone and of the few who did, no one would see me because they were too busy with taxes given the April 15th Deadline.  Laura Hanlon was the exception.  She made time for me and my wife.  She smiled and made us feel welcome even though I am certain she was under the same pressure every other CPA in the US was feeling at that time.  That is the real Hanlon Associates difference.  They make time to be there for their clients.  Isn't that something you want in a CPA?
