Great store with a nice selection of shoes but you are going to pay full retail price. That isn't necessarily a knock on them but be aware, you aren't finding deals here. 

It's also a nice place for kids to enjoy themselves. It can get a little hectic because it's busy and they have a slide, balloons and cookies, but if your kids are semi-well behaved, it's really not that bad. 

The salesmen/women also know what they're doing. That's a nice plus.

Overall, a nice experience.

It's a very busy store with a good selection of high quality men's & women's shoes. They also have a section for kids, toddlers & a few baby shoes. I appreciated the honesty when the sales associate told us to wait until my granddaughter was walking more, then see if she needed specialized shoes.

A very busy store, but when your number is called by me of the helpful associates all of their attention is devoted to you. They know their stuff and make sure you get a great fit and style you are happy with.  As my husband says, they are pricey but quality only hurts once. My shoes last a long time. Bring in your previous receipt for additional savings. Oh, they serve young and old and even have Dad's cookies while you wait.

Sales, sales, sales.  If you enjoy dealing with commission sales people then this is your place.  They have great shoes, but the atmosphere is tense and they obviously are after your money.  Go here to get fitted and then buy your shoes elsewhere.  Ridiculously expensive.  Competitive sales atmosphere is not pleasant.  The hall monitor that sits at the front door could stand to be a little more polite as well...
