Lava Yoga is AMAZING!  The instructors are so welcoming and supportive.  Leigh, Kathy and all of the instructors are there to help you do your best.  The Lava Yoga 'family' is a joy to work out with.  I look forward to going to class as often as possible.  :)

A very warm, loving atmosphere with exceptional instruction and attention to detail. They also have unlimited yoga for two weeks and it only cost $20 so a person can go and get a feel for whether they want to take more classes or not. You'll want to take your own mat and a yoga towel to absorb the sweat and bottle of water for hydration since this is a heated environment. Namaste :)

I truly love the Topeka location, I am new to yoga and have been enjoying my $20/2week trial.  The instructors are amazing and never once have I felt lost or embarrassed from my lack of yoga knowledge!

I was traveling through town and  stopped for some much needed yoga.  I found Lava Yoga on Google and found it to be just the thing I was looking for.  The instructor was very kind and gave great instruction.  The heat and humidity of the room got my heart rate up enough that it was a great cardio workout as well as stretching, balancing, breathing and letting go of the stress of the car ride.  I was impressed by how clean the studio was and was surprised to learn the studio had been there 5 years.  (I visit a lot of studios and after year one, the cleanliness usually plummets.)
The clean showers were also a nice surprise.  I highly recommend this studio.
