I'd give zero stars if I could. I got a nail infection on my big toe after having a pedicure. Now it's red puffy turning a greenish yellow color with yellow puss coming out of it.

I had a pretty good experience at La Vie my first time when they had only been in Harbison for a few weeks. After my first visit there they progressively got worse. I was told that the gel polish that I had chosen would match exactly the regular polish that I had chosen for my toes. As they were painting I stated that my nails were mint and my toes were blue. They said several times that once in the sun the colors would match. I left very dissatisfied and went back the next day for them to polish my toes with the exact same gel color as my fingernails in order for them to match. They corrected it but charging me for my toes again. 

After a few months I return to give them another try, as everyone messes up every now and then. This time I got only the SNS polish and I'm irate hence why I'm posting my first complaint on a business ever. I had a nail chip before I even make it home. I call to have it fixed on my lunch break the next day they're open, 2 days after my nails are done because they're close on Mondays, and am told they have appointments scheduled. I go after I get off only to wait 20+ minutes before they even call me back to fix one nail.. this seems to be the normal because I waited 30+ minutes to get them done intitally. 

I get home this time to realize, the "fixed nail" is a different color than the rest of my nails (maybe it will end up matching the others with time?) and 3 other chipped nails... it's been 2 DAYS of having them painted! 

2 days, $35 + $5 tip and 4 chipped nails!

The decor is pretty.  I wanted to see what that hand nail art look like.  So I Got a polish change with design.  The nail techs work was sloppy and she had the worst attitude because I only wanted a polish change & not a full pedi.  If you're willing to travel, Long Nails on Garnersferry Rd. Is the business.
