I got a traffic violation ticket and I decided to call Brian. I was lucky that I called his office. He was very professional, met with me on a Saturday and he reassured me that everything will be fine. He helped me with my ticket way more than I expected. I highly recommend him. He is the best.

Mr Berkowitz is truly a great attorney. He was honest in regards to the outcome of my case upfront but ensured that the most favorable outcome was made possible through his efforts.

I needed an attorney to represent me in Spring Valley for an Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree (misdemeanor) summons, and Drove Wrong Way on a One-Way Street (3 point) ticket.  This was a 6 year old case, my license was suspended and I had a warrant hanging over my head for not responding.
Unfortunately  I've had more criminal and traffic cases then I want to admit in the last 20 years, so naturally I've had my share of attorneys represent me.  I live in NYC but I wanted a local lawyer with experience and a good reputation to represent me.  I did a lot of research. I read all the reviews and finally found Mr. Brian Berkowitz.  As you probably know by now, the reviews on him are top notch. I decided to give him a try. 
There is a lot to say about my experience with Brian, but what I really want to say is WOW!!! The best all around representation I have ever received from an attorney on any case!
 I was impressed with the way he treated me from start to finish. He made me feel like I was his most important client. I could probably sing his praises for an entire chapter. Simply put, the man is not satisfied with anything less then having his client feel comfortable and confident at every stage of the case; beginning with the initial consultation to the minute you exit the courtroom with the most favorable judgement you could have reasonably hoped for.
My two charges were reduced to a single no point ticket with the absolute minimum fine of only $100 plus surcharge. My suspension was lifted and I'm finally getting my driving privileges  restored after all these years. That was my experience with Brian Berkowitz. 
Hopefully I will never need legal representation in a criminal/traffic case again, but I know exactly who I'm calling if I do.

Mr. Berkowitz is a knowledgeable and extremely professional attorney I could not be more happy with the service he provided and the outcome. He assisted me with a moving violation with a number of points involved and was able to have it reduced to a significantly minor infraction. He was very good at keeping me informed of both the status and the outcome.

Mr. Berkowitz assisted me with a moving violation. He was thoughtful, professional and incredibly knowledgeable of the Clarkstown court system. His process was streamlined and efficient-- I probably only invested 1 hour or so, spread out over a month, of my own time once I employed him. He exceeded my expectations and the charge was lowered to a parking ticket and the fine was reasonable and fair. I hope I never get another ticket in the town of Clarkstown but if I do I would absolutely hire him again.
