I cannot say enough about Spencer Lauterbach and his team. Spencer represented me in the sale of my home which unfortunately had to be a short sale. Spencer and Tricia are extremely knowledgeable, and guided me through the entire process which at times were daunting. Spencer sat with me and went through the pros and cons of a short sale, offered advice, and ultimately the decision was mine to make. They were so organized and kept me up-to-date on any developments. Closing took a little less than an hour which was remarkable! I have complete confidence in The Lauterbach Law Firm and will continue to use their services when needed.

Spencer represented me as a buyer during a real estate purchase process. Spencer has done an excellent job. He was very professional, fast on responding to all my questions and knowledgeable. His advice was invaluable. I am very satisfied with the work and care that Spencer provided. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an excellent attorney.

As a single mom and a first time buyer and I was purchasing a foreclosure Spencer Lauterbach was highly recommended. I was told that he had experience with foreclosures. Well did I give him a challenge on a foreclosure of a co-op now own by a bill collecting agency from out of state.  He always took my calls and he did whatever it took to close. If he could do that anything else would be easy. I'm a proud owner now and I couldn't have done it without him.

Mr. Lauterbach did an excellent job on my refinance. I had been attempting to get the refi done myself for 4-5 months without success. Once the Lauterbach firm had control I was approved for my new loan within a month..........Thank you, G. Markiet.
