Have you ever been in a situation where you feel completely helpless and you have nowhere to turn? That was the situation my family was in. After a barrage of rejections by other lawyers were thrown at us before we could even explain our situation- we found Mr. Daniel Herr. He invited us to talk about what was going on. He listened. He acknowledged us. He validated our feelings and experience. Suddenly we weren’t alone. We had someone on our side. That goes a long way. Mr. Herr was honest with us from the start, was kind and patient and willing to help us. Without his guidance, expertise and persistence I don’t know where we would be. He will never understand the depths to which he helped our family come out of a truly horrible situation. When things go wrong you want help, you want someone to listen to you and be there with you the whole way through and that’s what Mr. Herr was- that guidance for us. He never compromised his ethics, he was always honest, and he never made any false promises. It’s rare to meet someone with his moral compass and I’m so happy that we found him. Few times in life you happen across a person like him. His impeccable character combined with his care and honesty make him excellent at what he does. He woke up one morning and acquired new clients, we woke up that same morning and met a person who would help us legally and unknowingly dramatically help us emotionally. I’ve read just about every review posted about Dan on the net and wish more attorneys shared his ethics. Comparatively, had half the resoluteness for client representation. Just like any other time, after reading the myriad number of praises about his ability to effectively negotiate, write and present, and remain accessible to his clients…

…I once again,  punched myself in the face for not retaining his services when I was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity.
