Story

Patricia Garcia Billings began her legal career as a paralegal in 1999 by handling all aspects of the family and estate planning and probate practice for her managing attorney, Corwin B. Reed.

During her years as a paralegal, Ms. Billings came to learn the importance of compassion and communication in dealing with clients and their legal problems. She was blessed to have a very patient and kind mentor who taught her to provide legal services with excellence.

She received her undergraduate degree from the University of New Orleans where she graduated cum laude. She attended Loyola - School of Law where she received her juris doctor. Further, she has proudly served in the U.S. Navy both in active duty and as a reservist.

In 2010, Ms. Billings opened her law firm in Humble, Texas. Her areas of primary practice are family, probate and family based immigration.

Ms. Billings is licensed to practice in Texas and the United States District Court for Southern District of Texas.

Ms. Billings is a member of Family Law section, Real Estate, Probate and Trusts section and State Bar College with the Texas State Bar. Also, she is a member of the Family Law Section with the Houston Bar Association. She is a member of the Burta Rhodes Raborns Inn of Court. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association (AILA).

Most importantly, she is married to her husband, David and has three wonderful boys.
